I’m team no lips. I believe that they were originally a design conceit from Battle Fever J to emulate the cowl look of his designs like Skullman.
They wanted/needed to have full helmets, so they just molded the mouths to them.

I’m not sure how to properly articulate it, but Scud the Disposal Assassin and Chainsaw Man feel like reflections of each other to me in the sense they’re both about foolish, inexperienced children trying to navigate life while drawn into hellish machinations.

Controversial opinion: I think Monsteropolis is a a great name for the nondescript city in the original Mega Man games considering all of the things you face are malfunctioning utilities. Wiley didn't design the majority of that stuff, it just looks that way.

I want the Clark in My Adventures with Superman to have this encounter. I think it’d be a neat arc for the younger take.

In Gunn’s new DC, it’d be neat to see Doc Magnus portrayed like in 52, where his development of artificial intelligence came from his interest in alchemy and mental instability. I also think that Dave Batista could bring some vulnerability to the role.
