Three paragraphs explaining in simple terms what Dust is about. I'm replying like this because I didn't want to deal with making multiple replies because the character limit. The text reads as follows: "Basically it is a mod that takes place roughly 20 years after the events of the base game, specifically the NCR Victory ending. Long story short, the post Hoover Dam NCR Mojave becomes an increasingly frought and dangerous place over the years before everything comes to a head in 2285 in an event titled "The Fall". This event is a combination of a violent uprising by Vegas locals against what is essentially an NCR military police state at that point, and a massive dust (title drop!) storm from the Divide hitting the region. This causes a breakdown of the already tenuous NCR control of the whole region, starting in Vegas and then rapidly chain reacting outwards, with the NCR held territory being largely evacuated and anyone still remaining being left to fend for themselves. Your part in this begins 15 years after this has happened, where the situation has deteriorated even more, where you play not as the Courier but as some poor randomer. Gameplay wise, it is not so much an RPG as it is a survival horror sandbox, where the main objective is to escape to a safe area - there are multiple options and avenues of escape, but there are no quest markers, so you are left to figure things out largely for yourself via notes, context clues, abandoned terminal entries, et cetera. No matter what starting location you choose, your beginning arsenal will be extremely limited. Hardcore mode is enabled and made even more unforgiving as you get tired, thirsty and hungry much faster. Now obviously this is not for everyone especially if you played FNV for its roleplaying and not its survival elements, so feel free to pass it up if you wish. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this mod was a fixation of mine for some weeks earlier this year..."

A Chinese Type 63 (63式7.62mm自动步枪) rifle, chambered for the ever ubiquitous 7.62x39mm rounds. It bears a lot of visual similarities to the SKS, except the Type 63 has a shorter gas tube, longer AK-esque 20 round magazine, and a fire selector switch in front of the trigger guard. It has slightly different shaped (and thinner) stock, and uses a rotating bolt system like the AK. There is a "pig sticker" bayonet mounted under the barrel. This weapon was infamous for a slew of problems, either from production quality failures or defects inherent to the design, and was dropped from PLA general issue in 1978.

Behold, a little robot
An A27M Cromwell IV tank. It is being driven across muddy terrain and its tracks are covered in mud. It has two visible occupants in the turret - a woman with brown hair and a man with a beard and large goggles. The tank is painted green, with the markings of A Squadron of the Senior Regiment of the 7th Armoured Division, identified by: -the hollow white triangle on the side armour -the white on red 51 on the lower front plate -the jerboa symbol, rendered in a solid red within a white circle, itself within a red square. It is fitted with a Royal Ordnance QF 75mm gun, two 7.92mm Besa machine guns and is powered by a Rolls Royce Meteor V12 engine. The gun is partially adorned with some green netting. The turret has an extra light affixed to its left side.

Snippet from the infamous "Duwang" translation of JoJo Part 4. It is so named because it translated the town of Morioh as "Duwang", because was poorly translated not from Japanese to English but from *Mandarin* to English. You might have heard of Koichi Hirose being rendered as "Guanglai Kangyi". In this scene, Koichi/Guanglai is in a state of shock, his eyes are bulging, he's holding his face in his hands as his mouth hangs wide open. The speech bubbles read as follows: "JOSUKE!!" Here is the same guy - and I am really sorry I don't have a better quality image by the way - pulling out what SEEMS to be an AK-47, except... ... it looks to be at least the front half of an AK, grafted onto the rear half of an M1 Carbine. Closer look at the receiver... looking suspiciously M1-ish. I'm guessing they didn't have an intact AK rifle close to hand when filming.
