Also set limited timer of social apps and YouTube. It's been making a big difference for me in such a short time. So I'm hoping to get more issues and music out sooner and faster! 🤘

Social media+doom scrolls have been taking away a lot of my creative and personal time. I started a new Internet/social media schedule. It's made a huge difference so far. I bought an outlet timer to shut off my modem. Phone data off too.
Sunday no internet
Mon-Fri internet on 9am-7pm
&Sat 9am-3pm
