Someone wrote somewhere that "AI was supposed to free me from work so I could spend more time on art, not free me from art so I could spend more time on work", and I feel like that fully encompasses how backwards the use of AI has been.

- Got a new job that's better in every way, then promptly

- Lost my cat to kidney disease
- Gotten divorced
- Had to find and move into a new apartment across town
- Lost my grandmother the week I was moving
