As long as it's disclosed and open I can tolerate it. the worst thing is when artists try to sneak it in their work and then you end up either weirded out by something but can't figure out what, or betrayed when you like it but later its revealed to be ai

And while most gen ai material is poor, I think artists are allowed some room for exploration to figure out how it can be used properly, unless it affects their output quality.

This "zero tolerance against ai" stance everyone is taking is some what rushed and impatient.
AI in other fields is being used and has shown positive results.

Till now haven't heard anything about its mechanics, level design, bullet patterns, balance...

The way some are reacting toward it is a bit aggressive
