The apps that I found/use without ai (if that's what you meant) are this app, Artfol, and DeviantArt. Or at least... I THINK DeviantArt never made any deals related to AI? I dunno, I haven't used the app in like, 2 years
And idk if IbisPaint counts, but you can actually post art there.
