Luckily, WotC will sell beginner packs filled with common spells and a single rare. They'll also come with those giant cards that no one knows what to do with.

No longer will you be able to buy a source book with 20 spells, they'll all be inside these special spell packs.

In this future, the spell packs would have a random assortment of spell cards and this is the only way to get new spells. Different spells will have different rarity (not tied to spell level).
