This is Big O - it ranges in size but is essentially the closest to the Giant form, all other forms orbit around these same proportions. However, with enough available material the sizes can change as the nanites harvest the location, so conceivably they could get substantially larger.

So sad to hear of Clydene Nee’s passing. If you were a professional attending the San Diego Comicon you met her. For me, she was always the first person I’d met - kind, considerate, and joyful. She set the tone for the entire event. I’m sad to think the world is a little less gentle today.
