This is terrific advice. The ONLY way things change is if we make what they're doing not worth it because morality isn't a factor, but their business is.
Send them emails and keep calling them. Constantly, every day, spread the word to every single person you know. Bog down their entire contact infrastructure to the point that customers calling for other reasons are met with hours long hold times and start screaming about that to.
