In the literal sense. Although life begins at conception, 2 out of 3 fertilized eggs never make the umbilical connection to the uterus. But once the umbilical mother-child connection is made, ending the life of the unborn in the womb is ending a life that would become a person.

That’s true, in the sense that the Constitution is the roots of the tree, and the branches are the responsibilities the POTUS has in protecting/defending the country/people/economy and all the other things in the list. You’re zooming in on the route while ignoring the branches.
