I'm beta-testing an Android lockscreen app that allows you to conceal selected apps (such as social media, photos, etc.) when you enter a "duress" PIN instead of your regular PIN.
It's not as secure as simply refusing to give your PIN, but it gives the appearance of compliance.

Unfortunately, just Android. (I'm not even sure that Apple would allow the app to be available on the Apple Store.)

I'm working on an Android lockscreen/launcher app that won't display selected apps (like social media apps) when you use an alternate PIN instead of the usual PIN. But deleting the social-media posts entirely is even safer!

Deleting all sensitive apps of your phone is absolutely the safest option. For people who don't want to delete all sensitive apps, this is a next-best option.

I'm working on an Android app that will block selected apps (such as social media) when you enter a "duress PIN" instead of your regular PIN. Still working out the bugs, but hope to have it ready soon.

I'm getting close to finishing the beta version of a lockscreen app for Android phones that will allow the user to hide certain apps (such as social media apps) by entering a "duress PIN" instead of the regular PIN. I will post information for how to download a beta version when it's available.
