As someone with undiagnosed, crippling chronic shit, man, while it sucks its happening and been struggling with it for years- at the very minimum a diagnosis is a huge deal, cause atleast plans can be made/help can be done for whats going on, one day ill get that too. Hoping things start improving 🙏
