Fan made evil team, Team Lunatic. They want to capture Darkrai and/or Cresselia to control people's dreams and the night. In an attempt to cause people to sleep for days to weeks at a time, which makes it difficult to tell what is real or just a dream/nightmare.

Thank you! I was going to do a coat hanging off the shoulders but I was getting annoyed on getting it to work right, SO SCARF, and the bat is because why not OvO.
Also yes to a Mega, while Wraith is my main, Quincy will definitely be used to Mega (i love Mega Banette)
