Happy to announce the Majora's Mask decompilation project reached 100% completion for the US N64 version! Still tons of work to be done (other versions, more documentation, fixing fake matches, etc.), but an incredibly satisfying end to years of work. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this!

Gonna be done playing Rivals 2 until Absa comes out or they massively change the power level of the game
Fun game to move around in but its unfun with how polarizing the game is. Hate a lot of it's intended design decisions, so it's kinda weird that the game balance is what killed it for me

My main complaint about rivals 2 rn (aside “I don’t like melee”) is that grabs are wayyy too strong
Low lag, fast, beat shields (strong option), and most annoyingly EVERYONE has some type of grab mix that leads into an easy kill confirm. If grabs stay this way I think the game could get stale fast

ive been playing rivals 2 a lot and its fun
i cant see myself going crazy because clairen is on the weaker side and i think the game is more unbalanced than ppl are admitting (wrastor + maypul are war crimes)
also it feels more like melee 2 than rivals 2 which is pretty disappointing to me
