Mucronella flava, a #Fungi species that look like fungi teeth that just grew straight out of the wood without any need for a silly cap/stem.

Not sure about the pink dot, but the white surrounding it definitely looks to be the early stages of Chocolate Tube Slime Mold. Here is an animation I made last year of some I collected. The transformation took less than 18 hours. If you can, I'd recommend checking them out a day or 2 later.
