This will be difficult to hear, but you have to trust that there is an inherent value in your choice to share your experience and expertise through your drawings. There will always be people who can do cleaner lines than you or draw faster, but I would argue that the purpose of art is to simply be.

There's a key point there in what you said, 'comparison'. It's in the interest of capital and money to control the value of art in a way that it can asses: through hours spent, engagement metrics, and through cost when in reality, creativity is much more nebulous than that.
