A fun morning at an incredibly busy Heaton #parkrun in Manchester; the only event that survived the ice between Anglesey and Sheffield. Huge thanks as always to the volunteers who braved the -7c!

#Parkrun this morning - a first visit to Hyde very nearly missed due to congestion on the M60
Not normally a fan of 3+ lappers but absolutely loved this one. Mixed terrain, great scenery, undulating and wet and muddy. Will definitely revisit

I’m at the airport in Albania and have never understood who these multivitamin drinks are marketed to but I am a regular buyer. They seem to be marketed as health drinks, although this has 5 grams of sugar more than the recommended daily intake.
Anyway, solid 8/10
