I will contact the NC Commissioner of Insurance and file a complaint.
I don't think it's honest, ethical or legal to add more charges to my account AFTER I've paid the FULL PREMIUM.

They did not. If they did why would I do that? The reason I paid the full premium instead of monthly was to SAVE money, not to spend more!
I gave them a chance to resolve this and after a week, four phone calls and an email, they refuse.
