I think proposing to ensure fired workers get compensation IS doing something. Sure, the bill will get nowhere. But Dems have to show they’re looking out for people. Saying it isn’t enough, proposing a law is something more concrete.

We don't have the right leaders in the house/senate for this. We need to push our members to oust them if they won't step down!
