I really hope it does end up being amazing and that my gut is wrong about it all. It's a franchise that's always felt a bit unloved and deserves better.

It's weird, I'm a big fan of Metroid but I just feel really ambivalent towards 4. I mean, maybe it's partly down to how terrible Nintendo have been behaving in general, or maybe it's the new sidekick who seems painfully unfunny and annoying...I'm just not sure :/
