Convincing our Sunday School teacher to take the class to see Trading Places. Also, and related - my first movie breasts, wonderfully attached to Jamie Lee Curtis/.
Raising the always fun question: What are your most memorable theater-going experiences?

Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.
It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

This may be the best, most accurate description of the UGA/Tech coaching leaders I've ever seen.
Brent’s hatred for Kirby is a thousand generations deep and Kirby is visibly, agonizingly in love with Brent and can’t express it and I hope they both keep these jobs for 20 years

I realize it's Marshall and we're expected to handle this easily... But UGA looks really good. Go Dawgs!

I must read Sleeper Beach

I have forgotten how to read dead trees

May buy the dead tree version and have my son (summer job) scan it page by page in so I can enjoy the latest from @harkaway.bsky.social in its intended form

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

On first read, really felt bad that Lady Gaga had been captured.

Dear @harkaway.bsky.social,

May I politely and respectfully inquire as to WHY I CAN’T FIND THE KINDLE EDITION OF SLEEPER BEACH I JUST FINISHED ANOTHER BOOK AND IT’S ONE O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING AND I WANT TO READ MORE ABOUT CAL AND T7 AND STEFAN AND I DIDN’T THINK TARIFFS HAD HIT YET

Kindly,

There's a huge gulf between being "precise" and being "accurate."
Apparently 1-in-3 Americans would have suffered fentanyl-related deaths in the last 100 days (from each taking one fifth of a pill) if not for the Attorney General's innumeracy.

I was initially surprised to see how many DOGE employees have had broad government experience.

Then I realized that 'Agency Involvement' refers to the 6 weeks since the election.
