So you think the US government and media doesn’t output anti-Chinese propaganda? Everything is fine? China bad, USA good? The only way this question could be considered propaganda is if you believe the US doesn’t do this, and the question infers that it does.

I would expect a principle architect at Microsoft to have technical and benchmark criticisms of your new highly disruptive competitor instead of “Chinese chatbot won’t give me ammo to criticize its own country”

The first three questions are framed in a way that forces the AI to acknowledge as true the events that took place in the way you framed it.
Kind of like asking someone “why do you kick small puppies?”
