As a Christian, I’d love to see my faith in public schools—not through forced prayer or scripture on the walls, but in students living out the Beatitudes: standing with the outcast, being peacemakers, showing mercy, and loving their neighbors by building a culture of kindness, compassion, and grace.

Christians are called to a faith that holds this tension: lamenting our brokenness while celebrating God’s goodness, weeping over sin while hoping in redemption. The cross and the empty tomb teach us to grieve deeply but never without hope.

Jesus promised that the “gates of Hell will not prevail” against His Church. That promise gives me hope today—reminding me that no matter how messy things get, Christian nationalism won’t have the final say.

The Kingdom of God is bigger than that. The Kingdom of God is better than the hate.
