We already have policies that you can just ask for a vaccine. That's most of what's been going on recently in other states. These states didn't have explicit policies stating that vaccines could be given on request so they're passing explicit legislation.

Yeah depends on your use case. Here’s my COMPLETELY over engineered solution that i’ve been operating non stop for a while. Setup took a weekend or two, but haven’t had to do much with it since then unless i want to add a service.

I've been writing Rust/Python for 5 yrs, but just started a project requiring all C (last touched 16 years ago!). I know some complain about Rust's slow compiler, but I'll say the trade-off for INSANELY useful error messages has felt
like at best a wash & probably still in Rust's favor.
