Prompting is UX. Prompts are instructions; users are people. If you wouldn’t ship a screen that says “Do everything,” don’t ship a prompt that does. State the task, show one example, set boundaries, and define success. Microcopy beats “✨make magic✨” every time—clear inputs = consistent outputs.

Empathy in design goes beyond designers. Engineers must grasp why a 'single extra click' feels overwhelming to stressed users. Fortunately, empathy maps are cost-effective, quick, and engaging. Use them to spark discussions about user emotions, whether they're 'confused' or 'mildly annoyed'.

Want momentum (and budget) for AI? Automate the dull first. Teach the system to recognize requests, merge duplicates, and route to the right owner. Set a simple goal—“cut admin time by 35%+”—then show the before/after. No confetti, just fewer clicks and faster answers.

Empathy in design isn’t about hiring a fortune teller for your design team. 🔮
It’s about getting close enough to your users to know what makes them say, think, do, and feel. If you ignore these four, you’re not empathizing… you’re guessing. And nobody pays for guesses (except maybe Vegas 🎲).

Asking “Why?” five times will test your team’s patience—and sharpen your insight.Take the classic example: “Why no clicks?”

The first answer might blame the ad. The second points at the landing page. The third uncovers a trust issue. By the fifth, you’ve gone from excuses to the real root cause.

Design Thinking isn’t a buzzword, it’s a survival tactic.

Too many teams jump straight into “solution mode” — only to realize (after the budget’s gone and users are cranky) that they built the wrong thing. Again.

Design Thinking doesn’t eliminate risk — it reduces stupidity.

Prototyping without empathy is like cooking without tasting—you might get it right, but odds are you’ll end up with something half-baked.

Here are six simple ways to make sure your prototypes actually solve real problems (and don’t just look pretty in Figma).
