So glad I reached out to my PCP for some temporary medication for anxiety last week because the universe really piling it on right now, and without meds I’d probably have had 10-12 panic attacks by now.

As someone who grew up for many years in SoCal, it’s incredible to see surrounding states and countries aiding the efforts to control these wildfires. California will always be special to me 💙
