I'd rec A Clockwork Orange (my fav of his films). After that, Eyes Wide Shut, Full Metal Jacket, and Barry Lyndon are all also incredible

Yeah, personally there's been a lot of TV I want to watch coming out rn too. Black Mirror just released a whole season, The Last Of Us has a new season, plus another Star Wars show also just dropped. I'm currently 4 eps behind on Andor lol

Imho is bc of how they chose to release it. 3 hours of TV every week is a lot to ask & that's on top of Andor being so dense and complex. I feel worn out after each ep (I mean that as a compliment) so I think most viewers are prob having a really hard time keeping up with its release schedule.

The funniest thing is that the Empire is traditionally a metaphor for America. Trump is the president, he's the Emperor.

Understandable (though I personally really liked it), but considering how popular that movie and the whole book series was, I'm surprised we still haven't gotten a sequel.
