Is he just setting this up so that if/when somebody assassinates Trump or Trump dies because he’s fat and old, Vance knows he can take over as the agreeably better option? I feel like that’s a completely reasonable outcome JD Vance may be expecting here and what he could play upon.

Let this blow up in their faces, and shame the mental laziness of people who chose hateful, authoritarian, corrupt MAGA identity politics over America. They deserve what’s coming to them.

And we shouldn’t bail them out. We need to stop coddling the most government dependent, inefficient, unproductive, environmentally costly, backwards reactionary identity politics “shitholes” in our country who can’t be bothered to appreciate how much their lifestyles are subsidized by everyone else.
