I could see this being useful, but I’d want those casters to be outboard a little more for stability.

Sometimes the “pepper” in Northern European candies is just ammonium chloride.
A packet of “Tykisk Peber” licorice candies. The packet is bright blue with a yellow diamond-shaped logo, bold yellow diagonal stripes across the top, and simulated flames around the illustrated piece of candy all suggesting “Caution! Hot!”

How did I not put this together the first time I heard about it?

Several links of black pudding. A cased sausage made with diced pork fat, oats, barley, and pig’s blood — very dark in colour. The recipe I found calls for 2 grams of black pepper per 75cm length of sausage. It is considered a traditional delicacy in England.
