Our goal is to raise $60,000 to supply Phantom Crew and Bora-Bora Platoon with 100 regular FPVs and 40 fiber-optic drones they urgently need on the front line.

We finished the fundraiser for 180 FPV drones for the 2nd Galician Brigade!

but survival isn’t guaranteed. Russians experiment with new frequencies, Ukrainians innovate too. If we had more fiber-controlled drones, fewer would be jammed and more targets destroyed. Every flight is a battle not just with the enemy, but with the tech itself.”

What’s the situation with FPV drones around you?

“FPV drones are everywhere. They’ve become the main strike tool on both sides, used in industrial numbers. Sometimes they hit right next to our positions or target roads we use for logistics. We rely on jammers and bunkers, 👉🏻

Flames blocked the road, and we knew the enemy drone was still nearby. We switched on electronic warfare and drove straight through fire. If we had been there five minutes earlier, that strike could have been on us.”

Have you had moments when it felt like it could be over?

“Yes, very recently. An enemy UAV circled our position as we were landing our drone. We packed up fast and drove out, but minutes later we had to pass through burning fields and
a military truck hit just 5–10 minutes before.

A mistake here isn’t just a mistake. It can cost lives. That changes you completely.”

Has your sense of responsibility changed in the army?

“At first, you feel like you have no responsibility. Your commander decides everything. But over time, the responsibility shifts to you. Now I know: even if I haven’t slept in 24 hours, lives depend on my decisions.

Afterward, we usually get a day or two off, but I mostly sleep to recover. Despite all of this, it feels rewarding, our intel saves lives.”

for Russian targets for hours until exhaustion or darkness stops us. We stay like this for days, cooking on camping gas, eating MREs, sleeping on cots. Then comes exfill, even riskier, because you can’t leave gear behind and safety depends on discipline.

What does
a typical day on the frontline look like?

“We usually wake up at 1 AM, already short on sleep. Then comes the hardest part, it’s logistics. We drive for hours to our positions, fully focused on not being spotted. Once there, I launch drones, pilot them mid-air, and scan 👉🏻
