The last few summers I’ve been inside the entire time while in Texas. Today at decided to walk a third of a mile to go pick up my nieces and nephews from elementary school and walk back …. They were all on their bikes. 🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴

Good morning family, warming up for sprinting is a gratitude inducing experience. Less than 5 years ago, I could barely walk and here I am now, sprinting, just wow ❤️❤️❤️
