the stuff i feel like i 'accomplished' this year is, once again, mostly boring and offline even if it was important and nice. im still struggling to figure out how to make time for art & the creation of Things in adult life, and thats frustrating. surely, theres a way, right...?

they were kind of fun terms as far as putting a name to some aesthetic similarities between a handful of different things, but it always felt more like a 'this is kind of interesting' novelty, and not like. Real classifications of art movements e.g. German Expressionism
