think it's time i pull out the write or die app i used over 10 years ago where it either starts blaring sounds and flashing lights if i stop typing, or on hard it starts deleting what i wrote at the beginning if i stop
it helped me write like 2k words a day when i did nanowrimo

feel like im at a weird spot with my insomnia where sometimes i wonder if ill ever fall asleep because even things like benadryl and every other sleep pill ive been prescribed in the last 5 years just doesn’t make me sleepy anymore
