States have come to the realization that the Feds won't be doing much anything so expect to see more piling on from locals. I'm surprised the feds have any regulation still going towards this space.

Why can't a governor call up the guard to do useful shit so they are too busy to be federalized? Is there a max # days they are allowed to serve every year?

Has no one in the Legislative branch sent a letter to the Captains of our warships pointing out how illegal this is and JAG might just be looking into it in another 4 years.

If they are obits in newspapers that should narrow it down. Or the funeral homes listed can let you pull out a map and draw a circle around. Pin the funeral home, newspaper home town, look for other references to KS to get more pins. Once you have a circle contact a local society.
