I think this is way too cerebral.

How about “X punches Y in the face. X gets a hit of dopamine because they are wired that way.”

Or, “X is so out of control that only by punching Y or Z can X feel in control of anything. X doesn’t care if Y loses or Z gains. X just needs to punch them in the face.

Am sorry I looked at this. Going to have nightmares for sure.

Now that we know ICE folks are deeply disturbed by public dancing we really need to add flash mobs to the repertoire.

Will someone with actual science cred please dissuade me? Artistic imagination is a blessing and a curse…

Something will surely survive our current extinction event. Will it ever return to the beautiful equipoise we have enjoyed (and squandered)? There seem to be two known local attractors for the climate: ice age and temperate. We could tip it into a third, unknown state which may be terminally stable.

Beautiful burn. Not sure about marriage, but definitely a fling.

Nice to see some republicans _actively_ resisting. I wish the DNC leadership would show more spine. No point in saving one’s political capital for a dead democracy. Or a dead planet.

Saw an interesting art work today suggesting that language does not have the capacity to adequately describe black American experience—let alone profound truths.

I don’t typically like painted text, but this piece was, ironically, profound.

No, wait, our broken medical system will use weight loss drugs to fix our broken food system. Everything will be fine. Sorry.

Well, if Putin can do it…

Starting to feel like living in Russia.

For the time being, we just have more stuff.

That will change when the private equity medical junta bankrupts us.

Then our broken food system will collapse and our lives will be indistinguishable, though with more broken stuff.

You will want scaffolding at a minimum—not a ladder. Would be honored to assist.

Folks who drive company cars are sometimes required by the company to back into parking spaces. Why? Because it is safer.

Likewise for drivers of box trucks and cargo vans who value safety regardless of any company policy.

Why do people backing into parking spaces bother you so much?

Trump blew his brains out with cocaine in the 80s. This wouldn’t help him one bit.
