"Terrible things are happening outside. Poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes. Families are torn apart. Men, women, and children are separated. Children come home from school to find that their parents have disappeared."

Diary of Anne Frank

Good night friends.

I don't know how long he has been the director, but I do know that the department hasn't been about protecting fish and wildlife in the 10 years that I've lived in WA.

Thanks for posting this. I reposted and signed the petition.

Another good example of why he should be ousted:

As a devout bear hunter, Susewind has vowed to bring the hunt back, even though 80% of Washingtonians oppose spring bear hunting and only 8% support the hunt.
Screenshot quotes part of the text that's on the official petition, which is shown on the next screen if you click the link to go there. This excerpt describes the reasons for ousting the Washington State Fish and Wildlife director.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal from Ghislaine Maxwell, a former girlfriend and associate of Jeffrey Epstein. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison term.

A jury in Manhattan federal court convicted Maxwell in 2021 on charges that included sex trafficking a teenage girl.

NEW: The militarization of American cities isn’t happening with a parade of tanks. It’s a slow drip of troop deployments that are probing courts’ willingness to give unlimited deference to the commander in chief — and testing workarounds when they don’t.

Who is he? Retired or former military, apparently. What's the source of this video?

I past wanting to keep blaming quite a while back. That does nothing to help.

I just want all people who want to preserve the good that we had and need to join forces and stop this madness before it's gone too far to do that.

For over 20 years, this tigress was confined and used to produce cubs for tiger tourism experiences and illegal trade in skins, teeth, bones, claws and meat.

1,700 tigers are still held in cages in Thailand.

She was rescued but lived only 9 months. Remember her. Please.

This is simple. Less talk, more ACTION.

Speeches and social media posts or selfie videos are NOT action. Congress is forfeiting their authority. Quit blathering what we all know and use that authority to stop this insanity. NOW. Please.

There will be more in coming years, worldwide, as scientists have warned for years.

"Drought conditions east of the Cascade crest are so dire that state officials plan to cut off water for farmers, ranchers and more, something they’ve never done before."

A major part of the goal is to shift what was handled by government to the "private sector."

Then companies profit and control more and citizens have fewer government benefits, from credible information to medical care to groceries.
madgreek2024.bsky.social
Remind them this!

The real goal is to FIRE as many Federal workers as possible. Maybe replace a few with loyalists, but most will never return to government jobs. Who will suffer? We, the people. And who will they blame? Democrats. You have to be an idiot to think we caused this shutdown.

So that was the goal? To get all the generals to sign up to the idea that we are now at WAR! And the enemy is Americans, we don't agree with. Americans who are not white. Americans that are not Christians. And if you are not willing to go along with the plan, you will be removed of rank. Got it! WTF

WATCH: "They are underwater across the board, and they know it. And that is causing them to double down in public. But it is backfiring. That is why—whether it's a shutdown, whether it's all of this—they want us to blink first. And we have too much to save," says AOC.

re: Let’s bring more humanity back into being human

Great slogan. Your longer version is better, but I'd buy a button, bumper sticker or t-shirt that says:

Restore humanity
to being human

(or shorter to fit if someone has a better way to condense)
