Missing February. What a perfect month. 3/4 years, it’s just four weeks. Easy peasy. Can’t top those round numbers.

Seeing influencers throw around the term “nervous system” and it’s starting to bother me. After nearly a decade of studying the body and mind, I can confidently say there’s a wild amount we don’t know about the nervous system and I can assure you the majority of these influencers know even less.

Can’t believe I left the hardware store empty handed today. “We don’t have anything close to that,” they said. “We don’t have a secret menu,” they said.

In psychiatry, we know a ton about the nuances of mental illness and treatment. On the other hand, only a small amount of that knowledge covers what most people wish we knew about mental illness and treatment.
