I think I need to re-read this article and revise my opinion. I didn’t know she was moving back to pre-Vatican II days. Whenever I visited my mom who watched EWTN all day long, I saw a shift when the bishops took over. They were speaking a MAGA type of Catholicism and I was appalled.

In my opinion, once Mother Angelica couldn’t run this station anymore due to health issues, the right-wing bishops, priests, lay people took over and destroyed the purpose and dream she had set out for EWTN.
