He's not doing anything; he just ran to stay out of prison. It's the Heritage Foundation and Silicon Valley (who are behind Vance) who are the danger. And the Epstein files are the key here because they reveal concretely that our politics are run by shared leverage and blackmail.

To be honest, many still support the current administration and the more egregious their actions and lies become, the more people they affect and the more people wake up and join the resistance. It is frustrating to watch unfold, but believe that enough of us are awake to not devolve and allow.

We're trying over here. Those of us who don't really use social media or have networks stand outside with signs, talk to neighbors, and find local activism and community but ultimately we are a country of 340 million and only about 40% vote.

No, I am not. Would love for you to lead us through this and build the response if your vision is so clear though. Protests signal and build a show of intolerance which is needed, but it's not the action required. We have to stop participating in the system and build alternative ones.

Probably because this country is insanely big. Even when we have large protests, it isn't concentrated in one area to make the impact it should. There is a faction of the country that has been trying to organize an economic general strike/pullout from the workforce and it has yet to happen.

What do you suggest? The reason I mention they are waiting for someone with a high/wide enough platform is because there needs to be an organizing principle or signal to have the robust response at once. If we could conjure a No Kings level response within an hours notice of events, that’s the goal.

Tens of millions are waiting for someone with a high enough platform to make a call to action. It isn't normal to wait for an arbitrary manmade point in time like an election date to have a response to our collective freedom and survival.
