Taking care of yourself is crucial for being able to continuously show up, speak out, and take action - burnout is so real and we need sustained action. For me that means taking weekends whenever possible to drive into nature and stay there for a bit ✨

🌲 finding a local environmental group event to go to in Feb
🏔️ share nature & science content to keep communication going
🐾 dialing in on my work because we still need to address farmland and biodiversity decline
