Five years, one month amd three days ago I started my extraordinarily circuitous and expensive (thanks, Long Covid) 'weight loss journey'. I weighed 14st 13lbs.

It took a looooong old time to get to my target, but as of today I have lost ONE THIRD of my starting weight 😀😀😀

I have been so incredibly, intensely distressed this morning with the cancellations and confusion and broken booking system and attempts to stress to the pharmacists that I know it's not their fault and I'm sorry for all the bother I'm causing. But there is a thing that's even better than diazepam.
A small tortie, some toys on a cushion, a larger black and white cat. They've been fighting a lot this week. Right now they are not fighting. They are quiet and lovely.
