Dems can draft all they want, but it will go no where (though they still should to get it on record). The only dems that can do anything right now are the dem State Attorneys General and they are.

We need an easy and noisy way for all to protest. Something like I heard in Argentina for a farmer strike. Every night at say 7:45 everyone goes outside and bangs pots and pans for 15 minutes. Or every Saturday at Noon everyone goes to their nearest major street and makes noise!

Ironically, one could use this post as evidence of his poor judgement and decision making skills leading to his poor performance review.
