Will the “special prosecutor”be able to actually prosecute them or refer it to DOJ for prosecution? Of he can prosecute how will he enforce subpoenas and even sentencing if they refuse? The US Marshall’s who would normally do this work for…..wait for it…….the DOJ.

I love her for this! But what does it say about our country that this hospital had to be funded by a private individual? And that the first patient through the door was a 61 yo Navy vet who hadn’t seen a Dr in 14 years? Our shame and failure on full display, laid open by generosity and grace.

Ok, so let’s play out the scenario. Let’s say Boasberg finds that they are indeed in criminal contempt and refers it to DOJ. There is zero chance it will be investigated let alone prosecuted. I understand the need to follow through on these things but let’s see it for the symbolic act it is.

In no way is anything Joel Olsteen says or does in any way related to the Jesus that is quoted in the New Testament. I think Jesus would just look around and say “this is the wrong place”. And no one would be more surprised that the world still exists, since Jesus preached imminent end times.

I had the exact same relationship with Terri Nunn from Berlin. But she looked me in the eyes at a concert once. So we sort of consummated the relationship.

Unfortunately with the DOJ breaking federal law there is no one to enforce it. If all Republicans weren’t such craven cowards we might have a chance to impeach them. But until the mid-terms watching the administration openly defy court orders and break laws will be a spectator sport
