the blockland forums were a complete diet-something-awful-4chan nightmare in retrospect but the time that everyone turned a couple abandoned boards into the designated spot for silly joke threads was really fun

I like how video game tropes just kinda Happen sometimes. I don't think mushrooms are that big or bouncy IRL but by god every game designer will kneel at the concept of a fungal trampoline
