100’s showed up against rocket motors at the info meeting only to find out after the meeting the vote to approve it was the next evening. They blamed people for not showing up saying more people supported it. Filed a complaint w NMDOJ for violation of LEDA and OMA will the rule of law be up held?

They pushed through the hypersonic missile and detonation plant with no public hearings it was approved with no disclosure of DOD oversight, no air and water baseline reporting. the county admin hid the blast zone data that could impact 5,000+ people. With only 3 days notice for info meeting
