Honestly if they can ever get the Marvel deal with Universal and bring all Marvel IP to the East Coast, an "Avengers University" or something would be a cool 5th gate premise.

Hope they will add some animal enclosures too. Would love to see some animals from Meso / South America in the land

Honestly, put Fantastic Four in Tomorrowland instead. I think having the FF spearhead a new DL Tomorrowland would be amazing. Let some of the lesser known heroes have room in DCA.
