Pixels and sound waves generated by AI is orthogonal to art. It does not impact my decision to make music. I make music because music flows out of me. The only decision is if I should record it and polish it.
Calling AI generated output "art" is giving credence to something that does not deserve it.

I personally would not be unhappy. Performance rights organizations might care depending on the act. I used to have an online radio show way back in the day... I didn't think about it, just played whatever I wanted to. Audience was so small, I don't think it mattered.
