Slept in so was able to hit up the chicken rice place that's always super crowded at lunchtime🤤
Juanbing ("rolled pancake")
1. Defrost frozen pancake for 20 mins, place in pan (you could make them from scratch but why would you)
2. When cooked through, lift pancake and pour egg
3. Put pancake back down on top of egg
4. Flip when egg mostly solidifies
5. Add toppings, roll

2. Get a pack of 100 disposable ones despite the reusable description
3. But I guess you can reuse them and it was $13 so whatever though I'd have preferred more robust cloth

On the other hand, the fact that polygon graphics are now good enough to do this, with fancy clothing textures and natural-looking hair, feels like an incredible act of progress from the POV of the Cloud Block-Hands era.

Despite SoJ having a super fancy character creator I took one look at it and immediately figured out what kind of character I was going to make (close to one of the class defaults) and in hindsight that was because I'd inadvertently recreated a character design I did 20 years ago.

often quite blurry (the latter has more magic but Sufficiently Advanced Martial Arts basically works like magic so...) at the point where you're getting vision quests from little girls I'm pretty confident this is a xianxia setting.
