Nearly two decades of making the built environment a better environment. Focused on improving the spaces we live/work/play through #energyefficiency, #DERs and stakeholder empowerment. Comments on bsky represent my own opinions.
Handling a deteriorating carbon sink would best be handled by the COP, but that is another institution in danger of fossil-fueled irrelevance.

I have long been a proponent of #DCFastEV at roadside diners 😜. Thanks to the Gateway Diner in Highland, NY for the quick charge, side of milkshake!

Thrilled to be a part of the Kingston Land Trust gala this evening. Give if you can to this amazing org, tying park spaces and walkable scapes across our beautiful town!

Post a book you love from the 80s. No explanations, no reviews, just covers. #booksky

A torrent of Oceans from this wknd (damn it’s been a busy couple days).

Find community wherever you can. With the Fisker Owners Association it has been amazing sharing and collaborating on service, upgrades and even our own app environment.

Still lb-4-lb the best EV that is no longer on the market

What’s this guy’s deal? I grew up with the stern Ian McKellen, never realized JRR was playing Gandalf more like Clay Aiken’s “If I was Invisible” 🤣😂

The enabling of *right fucking now* by Ds - incl their geriatric bottlenecking of leadership and perpetually bottomless fundraising machine - is exactly why we have *right fucking now*.

The parties are the problem which is why #PartysOver, and you and I are feeling it while they ask for more cash

I dunno, kind of love that my car is also NYC’s most sustainable cabs.

Living in a 326-yr old farmhouse you find a lot of old stuff, but this booklet from 1941 on rural electrification is one of my favorite finds.

The farm this month is getting a new jolt as we #GoPermissionless on a DIY DER upgrade I’m affectionately calling the Maddog Microgrid.

A friend shared this with me, great learning about half-lives in that kids who played with it had their lives cut in half!

No matter what can be said about the current Republican Party - and there’s a lot - the entire American political system has hand-crafted this moment together with an equally complicit pseudo-party/MLM fundraising cartel

Productive day in Chicago, but the reasons bringing me home are much stronger than more meetings that should have been digital

Interesting time to be an American, viewing the history of America, at Fort Ticonderoga on its 250th.

After a quick trip to tie down a path for susty in the DC space, back to paradise for the remainder of my “sandwich PTO.”

Rain can’t keep us from enjoying a day of music, conservation and fun at whatever they call Clearwater fest now.

Pete Seeger may have been great, but we still don’t need #nokings

There are few things as beautiful and as miraculous as how a maple tree spreads and reconnects at limbs and trunks.
