I love the fresh scent of a new, horrified look as it washes across the face of friends and family members. It lets me know I'm doing the right thing. ;)

I expect a higher level of service when I pay a higher fee. I expect packages not to be stuck in Bessemer Alabama for 5 days. The expectation is built into the service name... Priority. DELIVER. I am not denigrating the emoyees. It's the system they've been given by their leadership.

5 packages sent priority this month. All late. Something is not working.
